What you will do

• Manage users, permissions, and organizational data within administration systems to ensure data quality and system hygiene.
• Oversee the full device lifecycle, including ordering, delivery, activation, and firmware updates.
• Handle order-to-cash processes, including validating customer orders, managing stock, and booking transport.
• Coordinate inventory planning, forecasting, and logistics for deliveries and returns.
• Lead operational project coordination, tracking milestones and resolving bottlenecks across internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide structured reporting and status updates on key operational priorities.

Requirements

• Must hold valid EU work authorization.
• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with IT systems and administrative workflows; experience with ERP and CRM systems is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in coordinating projects or operational processes with ownership of actions and deadlines.
• Structured and proactive approach with high attention to detail.
