What you will do

• Partner with managers in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related questions and guidance.
• Translate and implement global HR policies and learning initiatives within the local West African context.
• Coordinate payroll and people operations to ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance.
• Manage employee engagement surveys and support follow-up team development activities.
• Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team to improve internal people processes.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in an HR or employee-related role within an international or scaling environment.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills for managing multiple topics in a dynamic setting.
• High level of responsibility when handling sensitive employee data.
• Must be based in Abidjan and available for travel to Accra, Ghana.
