What you will do

• Own the full video production process from concept development and storyboarding to editing and final export.
• Capture and direct in-game footage to support marketing and creative goals.
• Edit high-impact trailers, teasers, and gameplay videos with strong cinematic and emotional storytelling.
• Oversee post-production elements, including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Collaborate with localization, platform, and cross-functional teams to meet global requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors, providing creative direction and quality control for outsourced production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video production or editing, ideally within gaming, film, or entertainment marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition).
• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, pacing, and emotional rhythm.
• Experience with in-engine capture tools and real-time rendering workflows.
• Very good command of English.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wrocław, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine capture pipelines or cinematic tools.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects compositing.
• Experience directing live-action or hybrid live/CG video productions.
• Passion for video games and crafting memorable visual experiences.
