What you will do

• Collaborate with global engineering teams to solve customer-facing technical issues.
• Develop and provide engineering, debug, and experimental DLLs to customers.
• Reproduce complex system behaviors based on available customer data.
• Manage and prioritize support requests using bug tracking systems based on severity.
• Ensure precise delivery of software updates and options to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in object-oriented programming (C# and C++ are preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and VB scripting.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Clearcase.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and .NET infrastructure.
• Expertise in Windows debugging tools (WinDBG, DebugDiag, Sysinternals).
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) in the semiconductor industry.
• Exposure to IG-XL VBT.
