What you will do

  • Design and operate backend services and APIs for the hirify.global Cloud Portal's advertiser workflows.
  • Own well-scoped features end-to-end, from requirements review and design to launch and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and ML partners to translate user problems into reliable product experiences.
  • Integrate data pipelines to build analytics capabilities, including overview pages, charts, and alerting.
  • Enhance service reliability, performance, and observability, including managing metrics, logs, and incident response.
  • Contribute to the team's quality bar through design and code reviews.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in Java, Go, Kotlin, C++, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design for web services.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as BigQuery, Bigtable, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience building campaign managers, analytics dashboards, or internal operations tools.
  • Exposure to AdTech concepts like attribution, billing, or performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, Dataflow, Kafka, Beam, or Spark.
  • Interest in UX for data-heavy products.
