ASO Specialist (AI): Improving visibility, discoverability, and conversion for mobile apps through keyword research, metadata optimization, creative testing, and performance analysis with an accent on Apple App Store and Google Play growth. Focus on analyzing app store metrics, monitoring competitors and market trends, and collaborating with UA, Product, and Creative teams to drive organic user acquisition and retention.
Location: Fully onsite in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.
Compensation: $60K–$100K annually.

What you will do
- Conduct keyword research and optimize app metadata, including titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Develop and test icons, screenshots, app previews, and custom product pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze app store performance metrics and turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, platform updates, and emerging ASO tools.
- Collaborate with User Acquisition, Product, and Creative teams on broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Around 3+ years of experience in ASO or mobile growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Apple App Store and Google Play ecosystems.
- Experience with ASO and analytics tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Data.ai.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Based in Lisbon and available for onsite work.
