Focus on leading the Android infra team to develop next-generation architecture and optimizing app performance using profiling tools and AI-assisted debugging.

What you will do

• Develop, test, deploy, and optimize the hirify.global app for maximum performance and usability.
• Build libraries and frameworks to support complex client-side applications and improve development efficiency.
• Lead the Android infra team in designing and implementing the next-generation architecture.
• Collaborate with the Web team to develop hybrid frameworks, developer tools, and a JavaScript-based mobile runtime.
• Write high-performance code in Kotlin/Java and build shared libraries and toolchains.
• Troubleshoot and optimize app performance using profiling tools and AI-assisted debugging techniques.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience building Android applications from scratch with high proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architecture design, Jetpack, OkHttp, and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and React; knowledge of C++ and JNI is a plus.
• Strong track record in optimizing Android app performance, specifically networking, rendering, and memory usage.
• Must be based in Asia.
