What you will do

• Design and build internal legal knowledge databases for contracts, policies, playbooks, and institutional knowledge.
• Drive integrations between hirify.global's platform and internal systems like CLM, CRM, HRIS, and finance tools.
• Establish contract management infrastructure including metadata, linking, deduplication, and exception registries.
• Implement cross-functional handoff protocols to surface contract terms to Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success.
• Partner with Legal, People, and Operations to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation as the company scales internationally.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in legal operations, contract management, or related role in law firm or in-house legal team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional European languages meritorious
• Deep understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability
• Hands-on experience with legal tech tools, knowledge management, or integration layers
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders
• Operationally minded, solutions-oriented, with strong communication of complex concepts

• Relevant degree in law, computer science, engineering, or information systems
