What you will do

• Act as strategic legal partner to Corporate Development, Finance, and Leadership on M&A, investments, financings, and restructurings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents to close deals efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end due diligence across jurisdictions, assessing legal risks.
• Advise on deal structuring, risk allocation, representations, indemnities, and post-closing mechanisms.
• Handle entity incorporations, corporate books, records, and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support governance, develop templates and playbooks for standardized processes.

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, UK, or EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice there
• 6-10 years at top-tier law firm and/or in-house counsel
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Strong experience leading due diligence and negotiating transaction/financing documents.
• Solid knowledge of corporate law, entity formation, governance, and recordkeeping.
• Strong judgment for independent decisions in fast-paced environments.

• Cross-border transaction experience.
• Regulatory knowledge in competition law, foreign investment, or financial regulation.
