What you will do
- Act as strategic legal partner to Corporate Development, Finance, and Leadership on M&A, investments, financings, and restructurings.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents to close deals efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end due diligence across jurisdictions, assessing legal risks.
- Advise on deal structuring, risk allocation, representations, indemnities, and post-closing mechanisms.
- Handle entity incorporations, corporate books, records, and compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
- Support governance, develop templates and playbooks for standardized processes.
Requirements
- Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, UK, or EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice there
- 6-10 years at top-tier law firm and/or in-house counsel
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Strong experience leading due diligence and negotiating transaction/financing documents.
- Solid knowledge of corporate law, entity formation, governance, and recordkeeping.
- Strong judgment for independent decisions in fast-paced environments.

- Cross-border transaction experience.
- Regulatory knowledge in competition law, foreign investment, or financial regulation.
