What you will do

• Manage rollout of global initiatives, new products, and processes ensuring partner readiness and running pilots to improve picking efficiency and inventory management.
• Track and analyze Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio, identify root causes, and define improvement plans with partners and Account Managers.
• Lead operational reviews with major merchants, distinguish performance issues, and follow up on actions.
• Conduct store visits, staff training, and picker coaching to implement best practices.
• Collaborate with Regional Ops Heads, Product, and Support on substitutions, data accuracy, and venue unavailability.
• Document best practices and share learnings across regions using AI tools.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in retail, supply chain, operations management, account management, or ecommerce
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian
• Open for travel to Kazakhstan & Azerbaijan (70% of time)
• Strong analytical mindset with data tools like Excel or Looker
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, proactive, comfortable working on-site and cross-functionally
