What you will do

• Manage the local rollout of global operational initiatives, such as substitutions and inventory adjustments, ensuring partner readiness.
• Analyze the Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) to identify root causes of low performance and define improvement plans.
• Conduct regular store visits, staff training, and picker coaching to implement best proven practices.
• Lead recurring operational reviews with major merchants and track agreed-upon actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Regional Ops Heads to reduce venue unavailability and improve data accuracy.
• Document best practices and leverage AI tools to scale operational expertise across regions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in retail, supply and operations management, or ecommerce account management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Looker.
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian.
• Ability to travel to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan for approximately 70% of the time.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
