What you will do

• Provide business-oriented legal advice on employment law across Nordics, covering employees, contractors, and new workforce models
• Partner with HR, Operations, Policy, and Legal teams to support initiatives and manage risks
• Lead and coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions for consistent advice
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on business impacts
• Contribute to global employment legal strategy and share best practices

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with 8+ years in employment law (law firm or in-house)
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional matters and non-traditional workforce models (e.g., contractors, platform work)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to legal risks
• Fluent in English

• Finnish or additional European languages
• Experience with trade unions
