• Handle the installation, configuration, and local distribution of CAD applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a CAD Support role working on large scale complex engineering projects.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Proven experience in technical support and workstation troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Windows PC environments, IT infrastructure, and data management principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and training.
