Focus on eliminating devops bottlenecks, deploying monitoring systems, and onboarding enterprises to run validators at the frontier of crypto performance.

Location: USA (Remote). Team primarily works in-person out of San Francisco and NYC offices with remote flexibility for engineer roles.

What you will do

• Implement and manage infrastructure for fast engineering team shipping.
• Identify and eliminate devops bottlenecks to optimize developer velocity.
• Maintain hirify.global chain reliability, validator infrastructure, and explorer.
• Improve core developer experience and onboard large enterprises to crypto validators.
• Work on cutting-edge crypto performance infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience maintaining and scaling bare metal servers and cloud environments for production systems.
• Proficient at building tooling and scripts using Rust, Go or Python.
• Deep expertise deploying Kubernetes in production with IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Skilled at deploying monitoring, alerting, and observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana), securing them, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable about Linux, networking, and troubleshooting on Linux systems.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, particularly Ethereum ecosystem.
