What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of 2-4 designers, providing strategy, feedback, and career development via weekly 1:1s.
• Lead UI/UX engagements for branded e-commerce websites, ensuring high conversion and visual craft.
• Present design decisions to clients based on UX principles and business reasoning.
• Oversee the delivery of creative assets for paid ads, emails, and landing pages.
• Develop component systems and maintain design guidelines for cross-project consistency.
• Collaborate with marketers and developers to ensure design feasibility and goal alignment.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of senior-level design experience with a portfolio showcasing web design and branding.
• At least 1 year of people management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in responsive web design and documenting designs for developer hand-off.
• Fluent English (C1+) for client-facing responsibilities.
• Ability to work within the EST Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or hospitality website design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frameworks like Tailwind.
