What you will do

• Own administration, stability, and continuous improvement of 24/7 production network infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience.
• Design, implement, and evolve scalable network solutions aligned with business, hardware, and software requirements.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex network incidents, leading troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and prevention measures.
• Install, configure, optimize, and support enterprise network hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint).
• Participate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, network changes, and change management in collaboration with IT teams.
• Maintain documentation, contribute to operational readiness including patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Provide on-call and remote support outside office hours on rotation for critical incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience supporting enterprise networks in 24/7 production environments with complex, business-critical systems.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP networking, packet flow, troubleshooting, protocol behavior, LAN/WAN architectures, Layer 2/3 switching and routing.
• Advanced IP addressing/subnetting, dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, iBGP, eBGP), network monitoring, configuration management.
• Practical knowledge of network security, firewalls, IPsec VPNs, data center infrastructure (Cisco Nexus, FEX, VSS).
• Strong professional English communication skills (written and verbal) for technical discussions and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, independent ownership, clear communication skills.
