What you will do

• Provide daily technical customer support for complex embedded technologies.
• Set up and configure systems in the lab to replicate customer application scenarios.
• Write technical application notes and white papers.
• Serve as the primary technical contact point for US-based Tier 1 customers.
• Liaise with design engineers across the UK, LA, and Woburn.
• Perform system setup for evaluation purposes.

Requirements

• Previous experience working directly with customers in pre and post-sales support.
• High level of knowledge in embedded engineering, system assembly, and integration.
• Technical proficiency with VPX, VME, and CPCI standards.
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and VxWorks.
• Ability to meet BPSS level pre-employment security screening criteria.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
