What you will do

• Build new full-stack features using Ruby on Rails that directly impact thousands of users.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into modular solutions.
• Optimize data flows and maintain external integrations.
• Rethink and improve system architecture to handle future growth.
• Participate in strategic technical discussions regarding the product's direction.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent (MSc is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining live SaaS systems.
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks, specifically Ruby on Rails.
• Must be based in the Netherlands and within commuting distance of Enschede or Zwolle.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, English-speaking team.
