About the Role
You will support the development and maintenance of business intelligence dashboards and analytical reports. You will collect, clean, and validate data from internal systems, write and debug SQL queries, and transform data for analyses. You will create visualizations, document assumptions and logic, validate outputs for quality, present findings, and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and business intelligence
- Exposure to SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase) preferred but not required
- Comfort working with numbers and explaining insights in clear language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks
- Understanding of data warehouses and ETL concepts (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and clean data from multiple internal systems
- Create and maintain BI dashboards and reports in Looker or Metabase
- Write and debug SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and transform data
- Collaborate with analysts and product teams to translate business questions into analyses and document assumptions
- Maintain data quality by validating outputs and flagging inconsistencies
- Present findings in team meetings and incorporate feedback
