About the Role

You will own the infrastructure platform end-to-end, architect and scale production systems for high availability and predictable performance, and build self-service developer tooling and paved deployment paths. You will design high-performance data and indexing systems to process billions of on-chain events with sub-minute latency, establish GitOps-based deployments with progressive rollouts and safe rollbacks, implement end-to-end observability with metrics, tracing and alerting to meet SLOs, lead incident management and post-mortems, and drive infrastructure strategy through RFCs and infrastructure-as-code standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling production infrastructure with ownership of reliability and delivery outcomes
• Proven experience leading infrastructure transformations that improved developer velocity and system reliability
• Strong systems thinking and ability to translate infrastructure decisions into trade-offs and business impact
• Experience leading incident response and post-mortems for high-stakes outages
• Clear asynchronous communication, including writing RFCs, runbooks, and incident reviews
• Ownership and autonomy in a fast-changing, remote-first environment
• Humble

• Design and evolve high-performance data and indexing systems to process billions of on-chain events with sub-minute latency
• Establish GitOps-based deployment practices with progressive rollouts and safe rollback mechanisms
• Implement end-to-end observability with metrics, tracing, and alerting to meet agreed SLOs
• Lead incident management and conduct post-mortems with clear written follow-ups
• Drive infrastructure strategy through written RFCs, IaC standards, and cross-team alignment
