What you will do

  • Conduct legal research and provide practical advisory support to various company functions.
  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders on new initiatives and business models.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements and terms of service in English and Chinese.
  • Support and manage corporate governance matters and group-wide strategies.

Requirements

  • Law degree from an accredited university.
  • Admitted to the Taiwan bar.
  • 4-6 years of PQE in a law firm or in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the payment industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify legal risks.
