What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain mobile features across iOS and Android for millions of players
• Own multi-month projects from technical discovery and prototyping through production delivery
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to solve ambiguous problems and deliver solutions
• Influence technical decisions, architecture, system design, and long-term strategy
• Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to monitoring, on-call, and incident response
• Mentor engineers and integrate features with shared systems across Riot

Requirements

• 4+ years professional software engineering experience building and shipping mobile applications
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with complex codebases
• Experience working with UX and visual designers
• Strong collaboration, communication, technical requirements gathering, and strategy skills

Nice to have

• Web frontend experience (preferably React)
• Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Telemetry and analytics (Firebase, Statsig, DataDog)
