Lead IoT Software Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end IoT and edge software solutions across multiple hardware platforms and OS.
• Lead technical discussions, reviews, estimations, and peer code reviews.
• Mentor engineers, grow team expertise, and define engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DEV, PM) and stakeholders for product evolution.
• Integrate with IoT clouds like Azure or AWS and handle CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with C++
• Familiar with Linux internals, system architecture, embedded/edge environments
• Experience designing and reviewing software architecture
• Strong in Docker, containerized apps, networking protocols (MQTT, DDS, CAN, TCP/IP)
• Knowledge of computer vision, Industry 4.0, IoT cloud integration (Azure, AWS)
• Proficient leading 3-7 engineer teams and communicating freely in English
