What you will do

• Define and govern system architecture across mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and multi-robot deployments.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, including branching strategies, code reviews, and testing practices.
• Drive projects from rapid prototyping through to production-ready, high-reliability systems.
• Own the robot–cloud integration strategy, including telemetry, OTA updates, and fleet management.
• Act as a technical mentor for senior and mid-level engineers and conduct technical interviews.
• Lead applied research initiatives and support pre-sales through technical presentations and PoCs.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MSc or PhD strongly preferred).
• Advanced, production-grade experience in C++ and Python with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Strong ROS2 architectural mastery for complex, multi-node systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SLAM, localization, mapping, sensor fusion, and MoveIt.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English at a professional/advanced level (C1+) is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with large-scale simulation environments such as Isaac Sim and Gazebo.
• Familiarity with IoT, ARM-based development (STM32), RTOS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Exposure to regulatory, safety, or compliance frameworks relevant to autonomous systems.
