What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software integration issues, merge conflicts, and compilation errors.
• Manage and optimize Android integration processes using AOSP (Make, Soong) and Linux-based build systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Production teams to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Buildkite.
• Create automation scripts in Python and Bash to monitor and improve build system performance.
• Utilize AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Gerrit for infrastructure and code management.

Requirements

• Experience in build integration and release engineering.
• Proficiency with Android integration and AOSP build environments.
• Strong knowledge of Git, repo, branching strategies, and manifest management.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and working within Linux environments.
• Ability to write automation scripts in Python and Bash.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with BSPs from vendors like MediaTek or Qualcomm.
• Knowledge of OTA systems and update frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale device deployments and telemetry-driven validation.
• Familiarity with Android system architecture (HAL, framework, services).
