What you will do

• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable features while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
• Own complex features from concept to delivery, translating requirements and designs into maintainable frontend solutions.
• Participate in architectural decisions and serve as a technical escalation point for complex challenges.
• Ensure code quality through solution design, rigorous testing, and comprehensive code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-centric experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhancements in process, design, and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
• Strong expertise in React (especially hooks) and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, or a strong ability to learn it quickly.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with Material UI or similar component libraries.
• English: Proficient in written and spoken English (CEFR C1 or equivalent)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of state management approaches such as Context API or Redux.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
