What you will do
- Own and maintain release calendars, defining scope, milestones, and delivery timelines across the product portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional release execution and facilitate go/no-go decisions between Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps.
- Oversee quality gates, testing standards, and acceptance criteria to ensure reliable software delivery.
- Manage production deployment schedules, including the definition and testing of rollback and contingency plans.
- Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and implement controlled rollouts using feature flagging.
- Manage early adopter programs, coordinating feature enablement and scaling processes for limited-release cohorts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SaaS-based product development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
- Hands-on proficiency using Jira for planning, tracking, and release coordination.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps collaboration models.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience working in health technology or regulated software environments.
- Prior ownership of release management for multi-team or multi-product portfolios.
- Experience with feature flag tools such as LaunchDarkly.
- Experience applying AI-driven automation to improve release quality and accelerate feedback loops.
