What you will do

• Develop, test, and optimize frontend features for growth like A/B testing, personalization, and CRO for regional markets.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, marketing, and backend engineers on high-impact user experiences and API integrations.
• Implement tracking, analytics, performance improvements, accessibility, and SEO enhancements.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate experiments using data insights and user feedback.
• Contribute ideas for product localization and stay current with frontend and growth engineering trends.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English reading/writing and fluent speaking.
• Strong CS fundamentals: concurrency, multithreading, data structures, solution design, architecture, design patterns.
• Expertise in frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS; strong SSR proficiency (Next.js or similar).
• Experience with A/B testing tools, experiment-driven development, web performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO.
• Cross-functional collaboration with PMs, designers, data analysts; CI/CD understanding.
• Strong problem-solving to turn data into improvements; effective communication across teams.

Nice to have

• Growth or experimentation-heavy environment experience.
• Backend/fullstack (Java, Node.js).
• Build systems (Bazel, NPM/Yarn, Webpack).
