What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple agile teams consisting of software engineers, team leads, and product managers.
• Manage a portfolio of diverse technology projects focusing on web, mobile, and integration solutions.
• Develop and scale a best-in-class SaaS solution leveraging cloud infrastructure.
• Provide architectural guidance and lead the resolution of challenging technical bugs.
• Collaborate with key leadership to translate vision and strategy into functional and business goals.
• Drive the full software development life-cycle and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering leadership, including architecting and deploying SaaS applications in the cloud.
• 4+ years of experience utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2-4 years of people management experience with a record of building and motivating large teams.
• 1-3 years of experience building consumer web and mobile software solutions.
• Strong technical background in next-generation architectures and SaaS security mitigation.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification.
