TL;DR
CRM Design Lead (iGaming): Leading the visual direction and quality of email marketing creatives across a large portfolio of iGaming brands with an accent on art direction, brand consistency, and visual storytelling. Focus on guiding designers in creating high-end custom visuals and scalable templates while ensuring alignment with product reality.
Location: Office-based in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of in-house and external CRM designers to ensure consistent quality across all outputs.
- Act as the primary quality gatekeeper for CRM visuals, reviewing and refining banner creatives.
- Maintain visual consistency with brand identities across a portfolio of 150+ brands.
- Collaborate with CRM executive and product design teams to align creatives with the actual product experience.
- Provide art direction on composition, lighting, and anatomy, specifically for AI-generated or heavily edited imagery.
- Present creative directions to the VP of Brands and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Design Lead, Art Director, or Senior Designer in iGaming, gaming, or entertainment.
- Full professional fluency in English (C1/C2) for stakeholder meetings and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (retouching, refinement) and a strong Figma workflow.
- Experience working with AI-generated visuals and an understanding of their limitations.
- Strong eye for composition, color, and visual correctness.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Belgrade, Serbia.
Nice to have
- Experience creating CRM or email marketing visuals.
- Background in game art, character design, or narrative-driven visuals.
- Academic or formal art education in illustration or fine arts.
