What you will do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet recruitment targets for Cabin and Flight Crew.
- Manage the employer brand across job boards, social media, and professional communities.
- Create and optimize multimedia content, including videos and employee testimonials, to highlight company culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the central marketing team to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage the recruitment marketing budget and perform financial planning for branding activities.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness using digital tools and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to live and work in Hungary.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and multimedia content creation.
Nice to have
- Experience in the aviation or transport industry.
