Senior Program Manager (Commerce)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-group Commerce initiatives, covering planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Commerce programmes, maintaining visibility on progress, risks, and blockers.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, including Legal, Tax, Regulatory, Finance, Engineering, and business teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and resolve escalations to ensure delivery continuity.
• Define and improve Commerce delivery frameworks, including playbooks, checklists, and RACI structures.
• Identify payment solutions and support cost optimisation through financial modelling and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes in fast-paced technology or fintech environments.
• Track record of managing multi-stakeholder initiatives across teams, time zones, and domains.
• Strong communication skills for structured collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate technical discussions and connect business contexts with engineering and product teams.
• Analytical thinking for working with financial models, cost structures, and performance metrics.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia.
