What you will do

• Drive manual and automated test planning, strategy, and implement QC standards.
• Lead and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases, procedures, and suites.
• Conduct defect analysis, log issues, and oversee feature improvements through to completion.
• Determine acceptance criteria for new features and deployment strategies for architecture changes.
• Document, escalate, and mitigate high-risk areas for mission-critical systems.
• Write and supervise technical product testing plans with clear timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• BC.S in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Certified ISTQB and software test automation knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC, SQL, IIS, and TFS.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing theories and leadership practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
