Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Create complex dialog flows and scripts for virtual assistants.
• Define intents and map out comprehensive user journeys.
• Lead conversation design workshops for customers and partners.
• Develop and maintain consistent assistant personas.
• Deliver partner enablement activities to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in conversation or UX design.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with multimodal user experiences.
• Solid understanding of NLU and NLP concepts.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan to comply with the hybrid work model.
