Principal Customer Engagement Engineer (PDK)

What you will do

• Support analog design flows, including circuit and layout design.
• Execute physical verification processes including DRC, LVS, and Dummy Fill.
• Implement and optimize post-layout RC extraction flows.
• Provide technical support and collaboration for semiconductor foundries.
• Utilize PERL, TCL, and SKILL for programming and automation tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IC design, electronic engineering, or computer science.
• 6+ years of professional experience in semiconductor-related applications.
• Strong knowledge of analog design flows and physical verification.
• Basic understanding of CMOS process fundamentals and PDK concepts.
• Proficiency in PERL, TCL, or SKILL programming languages.
• Must be based in Shanghai.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Prior experience working at an IC design house or foundry.
• Solid understanding of Spice models and simulation flows.
• Experience with hirify.global PAS or Pcell Designer tools.
