What you will do

• Act as the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for the agile development team.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, creating granular user stories and acceptance tests.
• Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to validate requirements and propose IT-driven business process improvements.
• Create stakeholder maps and adoption dashboards to track and report product progress.
• Oversee the resolution of defects and support the business implementation of product features.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Brussels, Belgium.
• Master's degree or equivalent (Level 7 EQF).
• At least 10 years of experience in Agile, Scrum, Lean, and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in the Health Domain and as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence (at least 5 years).
• CSPO and ITIL Foundation certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience working with European Institutes.
• Proficiency in Dutch (C1) and French (B1).
• Knowledge of PM² methodology.
