Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics or law, or a high school diploma.
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration or a payroll office.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of labor law.
• Good knowledge of German, Italian, and English.
• Structured working method with a high level of discretion.
