Functional Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Functional Consultant (SaaS/Fintech): Supporting international customers in automating spend management and accounts payable workflows with an accent on process optimization and system configuration. Focus on analyzing customer workflows, driving value realization from the hirify.global suite, and guiding clients on best-practice financial processes.

Location: Hybrid in Tunis, Tunisia. Shift: 12 PM to 9 PM Tunis time.

What you will do

• Support international customers in improving operational efficiency and workflow automation.
• Analyze customer data and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Advise clients on best-practice processes and system configuration within the hirify.global suite.
• Guide customers through the testing and go-live phases of new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the global Professional Services team to ensure consistent value delivery.

Requirements

• Prior experience with cloud-based SaaS IT systems.
• Experience in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay (S2P), or Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and building strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in consulting or accounting/finance-related roles.
• Availability to work a shifted schedule from 12 PM to 9 PM Tunis time.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor M3.
• Proficiency with Power BI or other reporting/BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
