What you will do

• Assist with employee relations processes, including documentation, case tracking, and follow-ups.
• Support HR coordination, general office operations, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day reception, office inventory, and related administrative items.
• Coordinate the implementation of HR and organisational development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Experience working as an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator.
• Prior experience in an international or multicultural environment.
