What you will do

• Advocate for building quality into software early by highlighting risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and designers to embed quality at every product stage.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover risks and insights.
• Improve code, tests, testability, and suggest tools/frameworks.
• Examine end-to-end processes and test coverage across the tech stack.
• Build reliable automated testing suites for effective failure analysis.
• Adapt team approaches to industry standards and coach client teams on quality mindset.
• Share QA expertise through mentoring and community advocacy.

Requirements

• Experience as Quality Analyst in agile development teams, pairing with devs, analysts, infrastructure engineers, and designers.
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Test Pyramid, Swiss cheese model.
• Ability to suggest architecture changes for quality enhancement.
• Skills in functional, cross-functional, performance, and security testing.
• Knowledge of metrics like lead time, deployment frequency, MTTR, change fail rate.
• Ability to design quality strategies.
• Understanding of UX research, prototyping, personas, A/B testing for test strategies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
