What you will do

• Lead creation of motion assets for social, digital, and brand projects, ensuring high-quality and on-trend output.
• Build motion guidelines and templates to enable consistent, efficient team production.
• Optimize workflows using AI and new tools for faster, better production.
• Mentor other designers with clear feedback to improve animation skills.
• Collaborate with creative directors and tech teams to integrate motion from project start.

Requirements

• Years of professional experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects from start to finish.
• Expertise in After Effects and Figma; strong proficiency in 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Strong understanding of layout, type, color, timing, and easing.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney) in creative processes.
• Clear communication skills to explain ideas and justify creative choices to non-designers.
