What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership and VFX Supervisors to determine and advise on technical solutions.
• Ensure the highest quality of work and timely delivery of production department assignments.
• Optimize workflows, pipeline strategies, and quality control metrics.
• Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations to drive team growth.
• Serve as a key technical expert for specific shows and the overall facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of live-action VFX experience on high-profile feature films.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring and training large teams.
• Deep understanding of CG pipelines and all 3D areas (modeling, rigging, lighting, FX, lookdev).
• Experience with 3ds Max.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Must be based in Seoul or surroundings, or willing to relocate.

• Willingness to learn proprietary software (Flowline).
