What you will do

• Coordinate project execution and track milestones across one or more projects.
• Organize and facilitate dailies, rounds, and project meetings.
• Maintain ShotGrid statuses, task assignments, and overall project scope.
• Manage the packaging and delivery of shots including submission documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders to ensure timeline harmony.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in VFX or media production.
• Fluency in both English and Korean.
• Proficiency with ShotGrid and intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Strong understanding of VFX terminologies and production processes.
• Proven track record in scheduling and task management.
