Consulting Manager (ADMS/DERMS/OT)

What you will do

• Manage client engagements for complex, transformational programs in advanced distribution infrastructure.
• Lead the development of business and technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans for ADMS.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to define ADMS functions, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Provide functional and technical expertise in Digital Grid, Operational Technology (OT), and DERMS.
• Manage technical project work, including solution concepts, vendor design reviews, and requirements traceability.
• Support RFP development, proposal evaluation, and vendor contract negotiations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business/technology consulting or OT vendor implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of electric utilities operations and associated processes.
• Direct experience participating in at least two ADMS projects through the complete lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (typical travel up to 25%).
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with electric utility control systems operations or maintenance.
• Experience with Grid Modernization Technologies, AMI, or Utility IT Transformation (ERP, EAM, CIS).
