What you will do

• Ensure robust new tire launches by aligning with NPI development and design-for-uniformity principles.
• Safeguard product and process quality through GQMTS and QAI alignment, leading LPAs, FMEA, and Control Plan execution.
• Drive a strong quality culture by leading plant-wide initiatives and training associates in data-driven problem solving.
• Improve operational performance by leading waste-reduction and process-control initiatives using PO pillars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).
• 3.5 or more years of professional experience required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
