What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate brand strategies into functional omnichannel plans.
  • Document requirements and oversee the implementation of digital campaigns across email, display, social, and SMS.
  • Manage communication and delivery between brand teams, technical/content teams, and external agencies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and KPIs in partnership with analytics teams to improve future outcomes.
  • Advocate for the use of customer insights and signals to personalize marketing efforts and improve engagement.
  • Drive operational efficiency and innovation by identifying process enhancements and staying current with emerging martech trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience documenting business/technical requirements and executing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DataCloud, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with martech integrations including DAM systems, CMS, CDP, and consent management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a matrixed setting.
