What you will do
- Act as the first line of contact for customer support, resolving a wide range of product-related issues.
- Implement and configure products to meet specific customer needs and environments.
- Manage the ticketing queue to ensure timely resolution of reports and requests.
- Collaborate with Product and CSM teams to provide feedback for product enhancement and swift issue resolution.
- Conduct technical walkthroughs and webinars of the company's products.
- Investigate and document technical issues and address incoming calls from Technical Coordinators.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar or related technical support position.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security field.
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven technical troubleshooting and analysis ability.
- Strong organization, time management, and collaborative skills.
Nice to have
- Two-year degree.
- Familiarity with firewall and email protocols.
