What you will do

• Implement and release fullstack features to enhance the Copilot content experience.
• Optimize feed experiences for various endpoints, including desktop and mobile, across Edge and Windows Widgets.
• Lead technical direction, conduct architecture reviews, and drive design sprints for teams of 3–10 engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers and PMs across US, Japan, and China time zones.
• Research and integrate modern web techniques and AI methods to solve complex UX and engagement problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience with languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid full-stack engineering capabilities with a focus on consumer product development.
• Proven experience leading engineers and establishing technical direction in a distributed team.
• Hands-on experience developing AI products or integrating AI into development processes.
• English proficiency required for daily professional communication.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of technical engineering experience.
