What you will do

• Create 2D art assets including character designs, environments, backgrounds, and UI elements.
• Develop Spine-based animations for characters, objects, and visual effects.
• Produce promotional assets and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Optimize assets for HTML5 and online game purposes using Webp and Texture Packer.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure visual consistency across products.
• Coach and mentor junior artists to improve the overall quality of the team's output.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in 2D game art with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and proficiency with After Effects and Illustrator.
• Expertise in asset optimization for online and mobile delivery (Webp, Texture Packer).
• Experience using Adobe Firefly or Adobe Photoshop AI assistants.
• Strong skills in drawing, sketching, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of animation principles and rigging.
• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with 3D tools and workflows.
• Background in casino gaming or interactive entertainment.
• Knowledge of AI-powered art tools such as Layer.ai.
