What you will do

• Surface blockers, risks, and dependencies early to ensure software ships on time.
• Establish a clear reporting rhythm to provide leadership with visibility into progress.
• Facilitate key meetings and optimize sprint planning and estimation habits.
• Use delivery patterns and data to improve overall team operations and structure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, project, or technical program management.
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineers and product stakeholders.
• Proven ability to introduce structure into evolving, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical approach to agile methodologies without rigid process adherence.
• Location: Must be onsite in Bahrain
