What you will do

• Maintain the Master Resolution Log across Board and executive meetings.
• Track action items, commitments, and deadlines at the leadership level and proactively follow up with C-level executives.
• Develop and maintain an Executive Scorecard to track KPIs across Tech, Product, Finance, and Growth.
• Prepare board-ready briefings, executive summaries, and high-level presentations.
• Support special projects including license applications, fundraising preparation, and geographic expansion.
• Manage governance calendars, documentation standards, and approval workflows.

Requirements

• Around 7+ years of experience in executive coordination, governance, or strategy roles.
• Strong executive presence and confidence to operate and enforce accountability at the Board level.
• Structured and disciplined mindset with high attention to documentation.
• Must be based in Bahrain.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is advantageous.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
